Traditionally Prepared
Our authentic guacamole is made using only the freshest ingredients. We prepare it using a base of the same traditional ingredients Aztecs used in the 1400’s. Everything else we do, however, is The CG Produce Standard we set.
Types of Guacamole
Traditional
Our traditional guacamole has a distinct yet delicate flavor. We highlight the rich flavors from onions, garlic, and cilantro by adding a touch of lime juice.
The combination of creamy avocado with crunchy onions give our traditional guacamole an especially satisfying texture.
Garnish just about any dish with our traditional guacamole, or serve it with tortilla chips, celery, carrot sticks, pita bread. Even add your own finishing
touches with additional ingredients of your choice.
Western
Our Western recipe is a nice twist from our Traditional recipe with a more mild flavor. It has less spicy peppers. That way, you can enjoy their texture without the heat. You can improve upon any savory dish with our western guacamle or enjoy classically with whole grain corn chips and pair to a bottle of wine.
Spicy
Our spicy guacamole gets its name from the minced Serrano peppers we add to it. If you like your guacamole spicer than most, this is the guac for you. It's great for topping any Mecican entree, especially tacos and fajitas. You can also add it to any savory dish to kick things up a notch!
